Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am the owner of Studio Movement.
I started Studio Movement because I wanted to create a space that is completely dedicated to movement improvement. It requires working with clients and students to assess where they are & their current limitations, and then providing a clear and customized plan to get them moving more, moving better, and moving pain-free. I specialize in corrective programming, meaning that I work with you to address muscular imbalances, treat and address chronic or movement-specific pain, and improve range of motion and muscular strength & endurance. Whether it’s through personal training, fascial stretch therapy, group classes, or a combination of them; I am here to help you achieve your optimal body movement.
