8-Week Fitness Class Programs

Features of our 8-week fitness programs:
✓ Access To Recorded Classes
All Yoga/Pilates and Strengthen to the Beat Classes will be recorded and sent to you to view if a class is missed or you wish to repeat throughout the week (NOTE: You will only have access to view recorded classes you're registered)
✓ Small Class Sizes
With a 1:5 instructor-to-client ratio, your classes will offer personalized attention and support from the instructor/personal trainer. This can be especially beneficial for those who are new to exercise or have specific goals in mind.
✓ Targeted workouts
Your program is designed to help clients target specific needs, whether it's improving flexibility and balance with yoga, building core strength with Pilates, or increasing cardiovascular endurance with cycling.

Save on class programs when you register for two or more! One program is $159+HST/program, two programs are $139+HST/program, and three or more programs are $119+HST/program. The price is the same for virtual and in-studio
