8-Week Fitness Class Programs
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR SPRING PROGRAMMING
Drop-in classes are available March 16-30

Features of our 8-week fitness programs:

 ✓ Access To Recorded Classes 

All Yoga/Pilates and Strengthen to the Beat Classes will be recorded and sent to you to view if a class is missed or you wish to repeat throughout the week (NOTE: You will only have access to view recorded classes you're registered)

 ✓ Small Class Sizes

With a 1:5 instructor-to-client ratio, your classes will offer personalized attention and support from the instructor/personal trainer. This can be especially beneficial for those who are new to exercise or have specific goals in mind.

 

 ✓ Targeted workouts

Your program is designed to help clients target specific needs, whether it's improving flexibility and balance with yoga, building core strength with Pilates, or increasing cardiovascular endurance with cycling.

 Studio Movement's talented class instructors and personal trainers have the knowledge and experience to help you safely and effectively reach your fitness goals.

Variety of Workouts 

Our dynamic programs adapts and grows with you, helping you build on your progress week after week

Save on class programs when you register for two or more! One program is $159+HST/program, two programs are $139+HST/program, and three or more programs are $119+HST/program. The price is the same for virtual and in-studio

  • Interval Cycle: Tuesday 9:30-10:15AM (2 Bikes Left)
    Enjoy a 45 minute indoor High Intensity Interval Cycle from your home! This class starts with a warm up, followed by a series of interval style drills designed to improve your power, speed and endurance. Traditionally speaking, interval classes are higher intensity and are targeted towards experienced riders. However, newcomers are always welcome to come and ride at your own pace! Remember, you control the resistance, this is your workout, and we are just the guide. Class ends with a nice long cool down and stretch. April 4th - May 23rd This class is available IN STUDIO Only
  • Interval Cycle: Mondays 5:15-6PM (SOLD OUT)
    Enjoy a 45 minute indoor High Intensity Interval Cycle! This class starts with a warm up, followed by a series of interval style drills designed to improve your power, speed and endurance. Traditionally speaking, interval classes are higher intensity and are targeted towards experienced riders. However, newcomers are always welcome to come and ride at your own pace! Remember, you control the resistance, this is your workout, and we are just the guide. Dates: April 3 - May 29th (No class Monday, May 22nd for Victoria Day) This program is available IN STUDIO Only
  • Rhythm Cycle: Wednesdays 5:15-6:00PM (3 Bikes Left)
    Are you looking to improve your strength, speed and performance on the bike? Use the beat of the music to guide your ride! This class starts with a warm up, followed by a series rhythm focused drills designed to improve your power, speed and endurance. This class is geared towards all levels of experience - come ride at your own pace!  Class ends with a nice long cool down and stretch  Purchasing this specific package will give you access to the program from April 5th - May 24th. This Class is available IN STUDIO Only
