Experience the benefits of working with a personal trainer with up to 2 other trainees! Your program is completely customized to your short/long term goals and abilities, while your session is coached with up to 2 others working on their own individual programs. Don’t let this be confused with small group training or group fitness where everyone is doing the same workout! Sarah is available for exercise correction, demonstrating new exercises, assisting with equipment set up, and answering any of your questions.
Semi-private training requires a minimum of 3 months of 1-on-1 training with Sarah before making the switch. It also requires one 1-on-1 training session every 4-6 to go over your new program and exercises.
