Studio Movement's January Fitness Class Program Schedule

But that's not all - our small class sizes (just 1 instructor for every 5 clients!) allow for personalized attention and support from our talented instructors and personal trainers. They have the knowledge and experience to help you safely and effectively reach your fitness goals.

Whether you're looking to improve flexibility and balance with yoga, build core strength with Pilates, or increase cardiovascular endurance with cycling, we've got you covered. And the best part? Studio Movement is a movement-improvement community dedicated to helping you move more, move better and move pain-free.
